Kathy waited until I was almost done then asked if I needed any help. Being the gentleman that I am (lol) I said no honey you take it easy and I will finish it myself. So she went back to bed. We only had to drive about 60 miles to Cape May,NJ so that we could take the ferry across to Delaware on our way to Quinby,Va.. ( Rv Dude,Rv Diva & Rv Seven crossing the Delaware ) It cost us $ 77.75 for the Rv, car and Kathy. I guess that Rv Seven and I were free. The ferry was full and there were 3 Rv’s on it. It took 1 1/2 hours to make the crossing. It saved us about 100 miles of driving and the views were great. Virginia Landing is a big park with great views but it only has 12 full hookups and it is about 9 miles from the main road. The roads are paved but kind of narrow. We are enjoying our short stay and we do know one couple here. I drove Kathy over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel to Virginia Beach, Va. and back. It cost $ 24.00 round trip.Boy has Virginia Beach changed since I was last there in 1977. Kathy heard from her attorney and her surgery has been approved. Her surgery is scheduled for August 25,2009 in Burlington,Vt..So that means we have to cancel all of our plans and be in New York before August 16,2009. I hope that we …
