Over the summer, my parents and I did some train chasing. Visiting the California State Railroad Museum in Sacramento, the Western Pacific Railroad Museum in Portola, the Virginia & Truckee Railroad in Virginia City and the Nevada State Railroad Museum in Carson City, my first ever visit to Nevada. This video of Coal Trains traveling parallel to the Coal Heritage Trail (Rt. 52 in Landgraff West Virginia) was taken from the Elkhorn Inn and Theatre in Landgraff West Virginia. The excellent bed and breakfast was created by Dan and Elisse Clark and the train views are on a regular basis they even have a machine that lets you know when the trains are coming and where they are. It is very impressive.
