The National Tobacco Ball was recreated in South Boston Virginia last fall. Nichol
and Les from Cooper's Landing catered the event. You can imagine how difficult it is
to cook for 250 people, onsite with no kitchen. Well, I believe that nothing is too
large or complicated for their team after watching them in action at this event. They
were organized, professional and oh yea, they cook amazingly delicious food. We plan
to use them again for an exclusive Prizery Patron event in a few weeks.

Dear Nichol,
Just wanted to thank you so much for the fabulous cocktail party
on Saturday evening. The food
was so good! We had several
guests from Washington who just could not get over your filet, as
well as the crab shooters. We even had a few locals who had no idea
that you catered parties.
One of Reggie's uncles just could not
believe we were so fortunate to have a restaurant like yours in our
town. He loves to eat out!!! The presentation of the food was beautiful and your servers were
very helpful and polite to everyone. You all really made the evening
memorable.
